The Northern Style is described as gentle and rhythmic, working the whole lines, opposed to the stronger pressure point work of the Southern style. The Southern Style is considered more vigorous. Massage course will allow you to learn a very effective, yet relaxing and soothing. It is necessary for you to feel the techniques as well as practice them.
